I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was too unique not to share. I came in with a tooth that had been causing me a lot of pain, and Dr. Chaim Jakob and his wonderful team at Jakob Endodontics Boca Raton found a way to fit me into an already busy day. That alone meant so much to me. The staff was so above and beyond from the get go offering me beverages as well as fidget toys for my anxiety. Somehow I never felt rushed for even a second! He took his time and explained everything clearly. And thoughtfully answered every question I had. Giving me so much confidence going into the procedure. The office is stunning! Incredibly clean, and has all the latest technology. The root canal was completely painless, it was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined! Kayla is exellent! They're work and energy blended so seamlessly together as they delivered quick top of the line results. They were both so empathetic and checked on me multiple times throughout the procedure. Can't recommend enough. If I ever need an endodontist again, there's no question where I'll be going. Five stars!

I am ever so grateful to Dr. Jakob and his entire staff, who I truly felt were heaven-sent. Empathy was in the air in that office. I genuinely felt that everyone there understood my pain, and from start to finish they did everything possible to comfort and reassure me — including two thoughtful follow-up calls today. I was also incredibly impressed that Dr. Jakob was able to handle such a complex case using all of the latest, up-to-date equipment and technology available, which gave me even greater confidence in the care I was receiving. Dr. Jakob immediately and graciously squeezed me into his already busy schedule after receiving a call from my dentist. Evidently, I had an extremely serious situation that had erupted suddenly just four days earlier during a four day holiday. By the time I could see Dr. Jakob I was in dire pain. He determined that he could save my tooth, even though the procedure turned out to be far more involved than originally expected because my roots were severely calcified — something that apparently could not fully be appreciated until he was actually working inside the tooth. A 5-star review is not sufficient for the amount of credit Dr. Jakob and his team deserve. I had been dealing with severe tooth pain for several days and was in an incredible amount of discomfort. I called the office as soon as they opened, explained what was going on, and they were able to get me in right away for an emergency appointment. I have had several root canals in the past, and this was by far the quickest and most painless one I have ever experienced. Dr. Jakob was extremely skilled, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. His staff was equally outstanding, kind, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. The relief I felt after the procedure was almost immediate. I went from being in some of the worst tooth pain I have ever experienced to being virtually pain-free. The difference was incredible, and I cannot adequately express how grateful I am. If you are in need of an endodontist, I cannot recommend Dr. Jakob and his team highly enough. They provided exceptional care when I needed it most, and I am truly thankful for everything they did.

Dr. Jokob, was very kind and comfortable to talk with about my personal dental problem I'm experiencing. He was compassionate to my issues and provided me with good dental and financial advice. My first time visiting his office and the staff is extremely pleasant. If my family and friends ever need any root canal services his practice will be my first recommendation. Great visit!

I recently had an appointment for a root canal with Dr. Jakob. His staff is absolutely wonderful - caring and efficient . Dr Jakob is a highly skilled, compassionate endodontist. He thoroughly explained the procedure in advance and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible throughout. I was given careful instructions for care and pain management following the procedure. I was completely pain free overnight. I received a follow up phone call to make sure that I was doing well. I am so grateful to Dr Jakob and recommend his practice enthusiastically.
